Kristin Millington is a Director in the Manufactured Housing and Self-Storage groups of Crow Holdings Capital, where she oversees investment activity within the respective sectors throughout the United States.

Kristin joined CHC in 2014 in the Portfolio Management group, eventually transferring to the Food & Service Retail Fund in 2015, where she was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of retail centers across the Midwest, Texas, and surrounding states. Prior to joining CHC, Kristin spent four years in the Financial Services & Real Estate Audit practice at PwC.

Kristin is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas and is an active member of The Real Estate Council and the Self Storage Association. She received a Master of Science and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. She resides in Dallas with her husband and two young sons.

Dustin Viktorin is a Director in the Manufactured Housing and Convenience & Gas groups of Crow Holdings Capital with responsibility for investment opportunities throughout the United States. Dustin has been with CHC and affiliated companies since 2004.

Prior to joining Crow Holdings in 2004, Dustin served as Fund Controller with CB Fund Services and as a Senior Associate in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen.

Dustin received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is currently a member of the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America and the International Carwash Association. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Coe Juracek is Senior Managing Director of the Investor Coverage Group of Crow Holdings Capital and Chief Executive Officer of Crow Holdings Securities, where he leads capital formation, business development, and strategic initiative activities across the investment management business. Coe has been with Crow Holdings Capital and affiliated entities since 1999 and has had roles ranging from acquisitions and asset management to leading the firm’s debt capital markets from 2008 to 2013. He currently sits on the CHC Investment Committee.

Coe began his business career in 1995 at Trammell Crow Company, where he served as an analyst in the corporate services team. He subsequently joined Wellsford Residential Property Trust before moving to HomeGate Hospitality/Prime Hospitality to engage in hotel development site selection and feasibility analysis before joining the Benton Company to pursue multifamily development opportunities in North Texas.

Coe is a voting member of the Pension Real Estate Association and received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Sam Peck is a Managing Director in the Food & Service Retail Group of Crow Holdings Capital. He is responsible for the overall investment activities of the Crow Holdings Retail Funds (CHRF), a niche fund strategy focused on acquiring and developing multi-tenant shopping centers across the United States featuring food, service, and daily-needs oriented tenancy. Sam has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2007 and currently sits on the firm’s Retail Investment Committee.

Prior to leading CHRF, Sam worked in CHC’s Multifamily Group where he was responsible for sourcing and overseeing acquisition, value-add, and development opportunities in the Southeastern United States and New York City.

Sam received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Texas Christian University. He is a graduate of The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Council and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Abby Littleton is a Director in the Portfolio Management Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where she is involved with strategic development and maximizing performance across fund vehicles through research and performance analytics. Additionally, she currently manages fund reporting and operations for Crow Holdings Retail Funds I & II. Prior to joining CHC in 2020, Abby began her career as an auditor at KPMG, working primarily in its Financial Services and Real Estate sectors. She later worked at W.P. Carey, Inc. in New York City for three years before returning to Dallas to work at Invesco Real Estate, where she worked for five years in various roles, and ultimately as a Director and North America Head of Performance. Abby received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Oklahoma. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and a member of The Real Estate Council.

Stan Mullikin is Senior Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for the debt capital markets activity across the investment management business. He currently sits on the CHC Investment Committee. He has been associated with CHC and CHC-affiliated entities since 1998 where he began his career as an analyst.

Stan’s previous roles at CHC have included acquisition, development, disposition and asset management responsibilities across the Industrial, Retail, Office, and Convenience Stores & Gas Station sectors.

Stan received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern Methodist University.

Kevin Fraker is a Director in the Multifamily Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he focuses on multifamily acquisition pursuits in the state of Texas. Since starting his career in real estate as an analyst at Crow Holdings in 2013, Kevin has also been involved in the acquisition, development, and asset management of multifamily investments across the country in various CHC real estate funds.

Kevin received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University and is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and The Real Estate Council.

Michael Levy is the Chief Executive Officer of Crow Holdings, where he is responsible for leading and overseeing the Company’s overall business activities.

Prior to joining Crow Holdings in 2016, Michael had a longstanding career in real estate finance and investment management at Morgan Stanley.  Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer for the Investment Management Division and a member of the firm’s Management Committee.  He previously held various positions including Head of Traditional Asset Management, COO and CFO for Real Estate Investing and co-head for Real Estate Investment Banking. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 from Salomon Brothers and began his professional career at Prudential Securities.

Michael is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, an Urban Land Institute Foundation Governor and a member of the Middle East Institute’s Board of Governors. He earned a Bachelor of Science at NYU’s Stern School of Business and a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.

Brice Hafner is Senior Managing Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for the oversight of all industrial acquisitions, development, leasing, and dispositions in the Western region of the United States. He currently sits on the CHC Investment Committee.

Brice joined CHC in 2011 as a financial analyst, eventually transferring into an asset management role. In 2017, Brice joined Panattoni Development Company where he served as a Partner and was responsible for industrial developments, acquisitions, and leasing for the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He re-joined CHC in 2018 as a Director in the Industrial Group. Brice received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Southern Methodist University.

Stan Mullikin is Senior Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for the debt capital markets activity across the investment management business. He currently sits on the CHC Investment Committee. He has been associated with CHC and CHC-affiliated entities since 1998 where he began his career as an analyst.

Betsy Mosquera is a Director in the Portfolio Management Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where she is responsible for managing investment and portfolio level activity for the committed capital accounts as well as overseeing investor coverage.
Prior to joining CHC in 2016, Betsy spent four years in the financial services assurance practice at PwC in Dallas.
Betsy received a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting from Texas Tech University in 2011. Betsy is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas.

Michael Hyun is Chief Investment Officer of Crow Holdings, where he is responsible for business development and strategic investment initiatives.

Prior to joining Crow Holdings in 2019, Michael founded Graphene Group, an investment advisory platform partnering with a range of institutions and operators on investments, corporate strategy, and capital raising. Prior to founding Graphene, Michael was the Chief Investment Officer, Executive Vice President at Brixmor Property Group (NYSE: BRX), the largest owner of grocery-anchored retail centers in the United States where he led investment strategy and portfolio management. Before joining Brixmor, Michael was an Executive Director on the investments team at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing executing on investments across all real estate sectors and return strategies. Michael began his real estate career at Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, a boutique real estate private equity firm.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with honors. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the Horace Mann School Alumni Council and the New York CFA Society.

Bob McClain is the Chief Executive Officer of Crow Holdings Capital. He is the head of the CHC Investment Committees and is responsible for real estate investment activities at CHC.

Bob has been with Crow Holdings-affiliated companies since 1986, when he joined the Trammell Crow Company in the Washington, D.C. office. He advanced to partner in the Northeast region in 1989. In 1994 he became a Managing Director of the Crow Investment Trust of Crow Holdings, responsible for shopping center investments. In 2005 he was promoted to Head of Real Estate for Crow Holdings. Bob began his career in the audit and tax practice areas with Coopers & Lybrand LLP in New York, where he became a Certified Public Accountant.

Bob received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany and received a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

He has oversight of industrial pursuits for both stabilized and development opportunities throughout the United States and currently sits on the CHC Investment Committee.

Matthew is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, The Real Estate Council, and an alumni member of the Associate Leadership Council.

Matthew received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Michael Balcom is a Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for the firm’s industrial activity in the Eastern region of the United States and parts of Dallas-Fort Worth. He has been affiliated with the firm since 2013 and a member of the Industrial Group since 2016, primarily focused on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint venture development. Prior to joining CHC, Michael worked as a Financial Analyst for AMD in Austin, Texas.

Michael received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Program, the NAIOP North Texas Chapter, the Urban Land Institute, and The Real Estate Council.

Dodge Carter is Senior Managing Director in the Multifamily Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s multifamily investment activities and serves as a member of the CHC Investment Committee. He has been associated with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2003.

Since 1987, Dodge has held various positions with Lomas & Nettleton, First Gibraltar Bank, GE Capital Real Estate, and Olympus Real Estate Partners. Responsibilities included construction lending, debt/equity asset management, capital markets, and business development activities.

Dodge is an active board member of the National Multi-Housing Council and is a member of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at Southern Methodist University. Dodge received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business from Southern Methodist University.

Daniel Branch is a Managing Director in the Multifamily Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he oversees the firm’s Student Housing investment activity. Daniel has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2009.

From 2013 to 2017, Daniel was responsible for CHC’s Multifamily investment activity in the Mid-Atlantic & Northeast markets where the firm acquired or developed $1.4 billion of multifamily and for-sale condominiums. He began his career at Crow Holdings on the development & leasing team for Old Parkland before joining the real estate investment fund as an analyst.

Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University.

Rodney Whitley is Senior Managing Director in the Manufactured Housing, Convenience Retail, and Self-Storage groups of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for specialty investment activities across the investment management business. Since joining CHC in 1997, Rodney has had many responsibilities including Controller for the Crow Investment Trust and Product Leader for retail investment activities. Rodney currently sits on the CHC Investment Committee.

Rodney began his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he served as Tax Associate with responsibility for tax compliance. He later moved to Wallace Sanders & Company CPA firm where he began as a Tax Associate and later advanced to the position of Tax Manager with responsibility for tax compliance and the structuring of real estate transactions.

Rodney is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Society of Independent Gas Marketers, and the National Association of Convenience Stores. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Rodney received a master’s degree in accounting with an emphasis in taxation from the University of North Texas.

Cyndy Silverthorn is the Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Managing Director of the Fund Management, Operations, & Analytics team at Crow Holdings Capital, where she is responsible for real estate fund management and operations including investor services, performance analysis, and reporting and serves as a member of the CHC Investment Committee. Since joining Crow Holdings Capital in 2000, Cyndy has been actively involved in various investment-related processes including assisting in risk management, structuring, and overall fund management.

Cyndy’s prior experience includes serving as a Senior Fund Controller with CB Fund Services and real estate tax services with Arthur Andersen.

Cyndy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Methodist University, a master’s degree with concentration in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the Advisory Council for Communities Foundation of Texas.

Mark G. Roberts is Managing Director of Research at Crow Holdings, where his primary responsibilities include the development of insights, market research, and commentary on real estate topics of interest to investors, developers, operators, and other industry participants. Mark’s position is shared with the Robert and Margaret Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU Cox School of Business, where he extends his expertise into the classroom, teaching market analysis and strategy to undergraduate and graduate students.

Mark, a fellow at the Real Estate Research Institute, a regular contributor to the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, and a registered architect, has over 30 years of real estate experience. He recently served as Executive Director of the Real Estate Center at the UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business, and he previously served as a Managing Director at DWS Real Estate, where he held several senior leadership positions including Head of Research & Strategy, Alternatives and Real Assets, Head of U.S. Multi-asset & Solutions, and Co-Head of Research.

Prior to joining DWS’s Real Estate in 2011, he served as Global Head of Research at Invesco Real Estate, a division of Invesco Asset Management Limited. Mark was the Chairman of the Board of NCREIF, President of RERI, Chairman of the NCREIF Research Committee, and a member of the NCREIF Fund-Index Subcom­mittee, which developed the NFI-ODCE Index. He initiated and served on the Leadership Committee of the Global Real Estate Fund Index, which is a joint effort of NCREIF (US), INREV (Europe), and ANREV (Asia-Pacific).

Mark holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Insti­tute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana.

Nick Losada is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Crow Holdings Capital Debt Fund business, where he is responsible for the origination of debt related products nationally. He joined CHC in 2023 and currently sits on the CHC Debt Fund Investment Committee.
Nick previously served as the co-head of debt originations for the central region at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 18 years, originating senior and mezzanine debt for stabilized, transitional, and construction assets, as well as acquisitions facilities.
Nick received a Bachelor of Finance and Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Sam Braver is a Director in the Capital Markets Group at Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for the debt capital markets activity across the investment management business.
Prior to joining CHC in 2022, Sam was a Vice President within the Real Estate Financing Group at Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman Sachs, he was responsible for commercial real estate debt origination across the United States. Sam also held positions at Eastdil Secured where he focused on multifamily investment sales and MidFirst Bank within their income property group.
Sam received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and was a member of the Men’s Golf team.

Nicole Vernese Dempter is a Managing Director in the Investor Relations Group of Crow Holdings Capital. Her responsibilities include investor coverage, including current and prospective investor relationship management, strategic initiatives, and business development.

Prior to joining CHC in 2018, Nicole was a Vice President in Portfolio Management at Morgan Stanley from 2008 to 2015 in New York City. After that time, she spent two years with a private family office in Austin as an Asset and Portfolio Manager.

Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.

Dustin received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is currently a member of the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America and the International Carwash Association. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Charlotte Patterson is a Vice President in the Investor Coverage Group of Crow Holdings Securities. Her responsibilities include investor coverage, including current and prospective investor relationship management, strategic initiatives, and business development.

Charlotte began her career in the Economic & Valuation Services group at KPMG where she performed real estate valuation analysis for a wide variety of property types. Charlotte has also held positions at Goldman Sachs where she focused on multifamily development and acquisitions across the United States. Most recently, Charlotte served as the Director of Business Development for Nickson Living.

Charlotte received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Daniel Branch is a Managing Director in the Multifamily Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he oversees the firm’s Student Housing investment activity. Daniel has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2009.

From 2013 to 2017, Daniel was responsible for CHC’s Multifamily investment activity in the Mid-Atlantic & Northeast markets where the firm acquired or developed $1.4 billion of multifamily and for-sale condominiums. He began his career at Crow Holdings on the development & leasing team for Old Parkland before joining the real estate investment fund as an analyst.

Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University.

Rodney Whitley is Senior Managing Director in the Manufactured Housing, Convenience Retail, and Self-Storage groups of Crow Holdings Capital, where he is responsible for specialty investment activities across the investment management business. Since joining CHC in 1997, Rodney has had many responsibilities including Controller for the Crow Investment Trust and Product Leader for retail investment activities. Rodney currently sits on the CHC Investment Committee.

Rodney began his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he served as Tax Associate with responsibility for tax compliance. He later moved to Wallace Sanders & Company CPA firm where he began as a Tax Associate and later advanced to the position of Tax Manager with responsibility for tax compliance and the structuring of real estate transactions.

Rodney is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Society of Independent Gas Marketers, and the National Association of Convenience Stores. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Rodney received a master’s degree in accounting with an emphasis in taxation from the University of North Texas.

Elie Finegold is a Managing Director at Crow Holdings, where he leads the firm’s new venture and technology investment practice. He has been an entrepreneur and leader at the intersection of real estate and technology for nearly 20 years, and currently also serves as a Venture Advisor at MetaProp, the leading, early-stage PropTech VC fund, and as an advisor to numerous early and growth stage companies. Prior to joining Crow Holdings, he led Global Innovation at CBRE, establishing the function during the formative years of the current wave of real estate technology. He was a founding member of real estate merchant banking firm Island Capital Group and was the President and co-founder of IGY Marinas, which, under his leadership, grew into a $1.5 billion AUM vertically integrated global real estate business that is the world’s largest owner, operator, and developer of mega-yacht marinas and waterfront mixed-use projects. Elie was also the Chief Innovation Officer of the former Insignia Financial Group and founded several startups in both the real estate and technology sectors. He continues to be a leader in the evolution of the PropTech industry, serving on numerous industry leadership boards and writing and speaking around the world on the subject. Elie graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a Special Concentration in Music and Culture, with his academic works published by Harvard Library Press.

Gregory Lombardi is a Managing Director in the Investor Coverage and Business Development Group at Crow Holdings Capital. Prior to joining Crow Holdings in 2024, Greg was a Managing Director at BlackRock where he was responsible for business development and fundraising for their real estate strategies. Prior to that, Greg was a Managing Director at Landmark Partners where he was responsible for fundraising, investor relations and transaction sourcing for its real estate secondaries business. Greg began his career at Cigna Investments in 1992. Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Sam Peck is a Managing Director in the Food & Service Retail Group of Crow Holdings Capital. He is responsible for the overall investment activities of the Crow Holdings Retail Funds (CHRF), a niche fund strategy focused on acquiring and developing multi-tenant shopping centers across the United States featuring food, service, and daily-needs oriented tenancy. Sam has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2007 and currently sits on the firm’s Retail Investment Committee.
Prior to leading CHRF, Sam worked in CHC’s Multifamily Group where he was responsible for sourcing and overseeing acquisition, value-add, and development opportunities in the Southeastern United States and New York City.
Sam received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Texas Christian University. He is a graduate of The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Council and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Coe Juracek is Senior Managing Director of the Investor Coverage Group of Crow Holdings Capital and Chief Executive Officer of Crow Holdings Securities, where he leads capital formation, business development, and strategic initiative activities across the investment management business. Coe has been with Crow Holdings Capital and affiliated entities since 1999 and has had roles ranging from acquisitions and asset management to leading the firm’s debt capital markets from 2008 to 2013. He currently sits on the CHC Investment Committee.

Coe began his business career in 1995 at Trammell Crow Company, where he served as an analyst in the corporate services team. He subsequently joined Wellsford Residential Property Trust before moving to HomeGate Hospitality/Prime Hospitality to engage in hotel development site selection and feasibility analysis before joining the Benton Company to pursue multifamily development opportunities in North Texas.

Coe is a voting member of the Pension Real Estate Association and received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Don Brooks is Crow Holdings’ Head of Sustainability, with a focus on impacting investing, sustainability integration, and corporate responsibility across the firm. From participating in fundraising efforts to partnering with the development companies, Don’s primary responsibilities include the design and implementation of a firm-wide program and strategy to increase adoption of sustainable investing initiatives and improve sustainable development practices.

Prior to joining Crow Holdings, Don served as Vice President – Multifamily Services at US-Eco Logic / TexEnergy Solutions, the world’s largest provider of energy efficiency and green building services for single and multifamily developers. Prior to that, he served as Due Diligence Manager for The Dinerstein Companies, managing the design and development process of various urban infill projects throughout the country. He also served as The Dinerstein Companies’ Director of Sustainability, developing the company’s sustainability program from the ground up, with responsibilities that included successfully integrating policies, training, corporate branding, and green certifications for the sustainability goals of property owners.

Don received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is LEED AP-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Laurence Pelosi is a Senior Managing Director and co-leads Crow Holdings Renewables. He has been affiliated with the firm since 2019.

Previously, Laurence had a series of real estate private equity partnerships with Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group, and Tricon Residential, among others and was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley Real Estate and Director of Acquisitions with Lennar Communities. Laurence began his career as an attorney in private practice.

Laurence received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown Law.

Kelsea Alexander is a Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where she focuses on development and acquisition opportunities in the Central and Southeastern regions of the United States. Since joining the firm in 2017, Kelsea has also been involved in the leasing, asset management, and disposition of industrial investments across various CHC real estate funds.

Prior to joining CHC, Kelsea spent four years with Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services – Real Estate & Hospitality group.

Kelsea received a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature, as well as Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting, from Southern Methodist University. She holds a diploma in the Mastery of the French Language from the French Ministry of Education, as well as a CPA license in the State of Texas. Kelsea currently serves on the Young Alumni Board of Southern Methodist University and is a member of the NAIOP National Industrial Perspectives III Forum.

Michael Hyun is Chief Investment Officer of Crow Holdings, where he is responsible for business development and strategic investment initiatives.
Prior to joining Crow Holdings in 2019, Michael founded Graphene Group, an investment advisory platform partnering with a range of institutions and operators on investments, corporate strategy, and capital raising. Prior to founding Graphene, Michael was the Chief Investment Officer, Executive Vice President at Brixmor Property Group (NYSE: BRX), the largest owner of grocery-anchored retail centers in the United States where he led investment strategy and portfolio management. Before joining Brixmor, Michael was an Executive Director on the investments team at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing executing on investments across all real estate sectors and return strategies. Michael began his real estate career at Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, a boutique real estate private equity firm.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with honors. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the Horace Mann School Alumni Council and the New York CFA Society.

Since joining the firm in 2017, Dan has helped drive a broad range of business development initiatives and currently leads the firm’s efforts to build relationships with high-net-worth investing platforms, and individual advisory platforms.
Prior to joining CHC, Dan was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he focused on fundraising efforts for private real estate and infrastructure funds. Dan started his career at BNY Mellon Alternative Investment Services where he led business development for the company’s private equity fund services business.
Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Susan Bailey is a Managing Director in the Investor Coverage Group of Crow Holdings Capital. Her responsibilities include investor coverage, including current and prospective investor relationship management, strategic initiatives, and business development.
Susie began her career at Crow Holdings Capital in 2008 as a member of the analyst pool and was later promoted to Head Analyst. She also worked as an Asset Manager in the Multifamily group.
Susie received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas. She is currently a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and serves as an Associate Council Member of the University of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center. Susie is also an Associate Leadership Council alumnae of The Real Estate Council.

Jim Nantz, the three-time Emmy Award winner and five-time National Sportscaster of the Year, joined the CBS Television Network in 1985. He currently serves as the lead play-by-play announcer for THE NFL ON CBS, including the Super Bowl and the lead anchor of CBS’s golf coverage, including the PGA Tour, Masters and the PGA Championship. In 2024, Jim will call his 7th Super Bowl in Las Vegas.

The 2023 Final Four in Houston marked Jim’s final season covering NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball after a 32-year Final Four run. In 2007, Nantz became the first commentator in history to complete the rare broadcasting trifecta – calling the Super Bowl, NCAA Men’s Final Four and the Masters all in a span of 63 days. Nantz once again repeated this trifecta in 2010, 2013 and 2016.  In 2019 and 2021, Nantz completed an even rarer quintet, calling the AFC Championship, Super Bowl, Final Four, Masters and PGA Championship in a span of 120 days. 

Nantz received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Broadcasting + Cable Hall of Fame in May 2023 and he was inducted into the National Sports Media Association Hall of Fame in December 2021. He was honored in 2019 with the Arnie Award,presented to Golfers Who Give Back and reflect the values and generosity of Arnold Palmer by the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, the Monterey Peninsula Foundation and Golf Digest. In December 2018, Nantz was inducted into the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame and in August  2018, Nantz received the 2018 Ambassador of Golf Award presented by the PGA Tour.  This award honors a person who has fostered the ideals of the game on an international level and whose concern for others extends beyond the golf course.  In August 2011, Nantz received the Pro Football Hall of Fame Pete Rozelle Radio-Television Award.  He is the youngest recipient ever of this award.  Nantz also was honored by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as its youngest recipient of the Curt Gowdy Media Award in 2002. 

On January 19, 2011, Nantz returned to his adopted hometown of Houston to team with Houston Methodist Hospital at The Texas Medical Center to create the Nantz National Alzheimer Center (NNAC). The NNAC is dedicated to funding innovative diagnostic discoveries for early and accurate detection of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementing illnesses in hopes of one day finding a cure (www.nantzfriends.org).Among many research studies, physician-scientists at the NNAC are leading ongoing key clinical research trials studying Lecanemab and Donanemab drugs’ effectiveness in decreasing the amount of amyloid plaque in the brain. Nantz’s father, Jim Nantz Jr., himself a former college football player and lifelong inspiration to his broadcaster son, suffered from the ravages of Alzheimer’s disease for 13 years and Nantz chronicled his father’s story in the instant New York Times bestseller, Always By My Side. Co-authored with Eli Spielman, the book climbed to No.3 on the New York Times list, making it the highest ranking achieved by a sports book in 2008 and the inspiration for Nantz to open the NNAC.  The foreword to the book was written by a dear friend who was a father figure as well, former President George H.W. Bush.

Nantz, along with wine industry veteran Peter Deutsch, CEO of Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, formed the Deutsch Nantz Alliance (DNA) to produce an artisanal Sonoma fine wine brand named The Calling (thecallingwine.com). Released in June 2012, The Calling wines are handcrafted from Sonoma’s finest varietals with Char-donnay and Pinot Noir cultivated in the Russian River Valley and Cabernet Sauvi- gnon in Alexander Valley. The Calling wines are highly regarded by the press and have been awarded numerous scores of 90 and above. Wine Spectator named The Calling one of the “Top 100 Wines in the World” in 2017 and Wine Enthusiast ranked The Calling Dutton Ranch Chardonnay #15 in the world in December 2018 and the Searby Chardonnay one of Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Wines of 2022.

Jim Nantz and vineyard vines began collaborating in Spring 2017 to create the “Forget-Me-Knot” custom-designed collection that benefits research at the Nantz National Alzheimer Center. And in 2018, vineyard vines partnered with Nantz to create an authentic golf lifestyle brand that speaks to the golfer. Nantz graduated in 1981 with a degree in radio/television from the University of Houston, where he was recruited as a member of the golf team. In May 2001, he received an honorary doctorate of humane letters from his alma mater, becoming its first former student-athlete to ever deliver the commencement address and be bestowed an honorary degree at the university.
